The Spilotras mantra is “Preparation, Preparation, Preparation” and what a great mantra that is. We pride our selves in this keystone philosophy that makes our business so successful. Handed down from generation to generation the focus on Preparation is foremost. Preparation being the foundation of our business, so much so that often times Michael has said “We would be better named if we were called Preparers and not Painters.”

The essence of a great painting project is measured by the preparation a painting establishment invests in each and every project. Our firm prepares everything properly so that then, the painting portion of the project goes ahead smoothly with a brilliant outcome that outlasts many of our competitors work.

As skilled craftsmen, our team of expert painters set out to prepare all of the surfaces being painted with a striking attention to detail. We have every tool and technique to make sure every aspect is prepared thoroughly.

The preparation process carries through the job to the end meaning after we have completed each and every job the entire work area is cleaned and scoured. Oftentimes customers have commented that their space was cleaner after the painting project than it was before the painting crew arrived.

While Michael is busy overseeing the entire business, his brother, Rob, manages each individual job maintaining a strict “Quality Control” along every step of each job. Spilotras Painting averages 30 jobs per month with Rob on top of every one of them.

Our qualified staff are screened and “New Hires” to Spilotras painting, regardless of prior experience, go through an “Intern Process” to re-evaluate their area of expertise. They must pass the rigorous screening process of both Michael and Rob and then pass a several week On-the-Job review which includes the “Spilotras Painting Way” training.

Our “Satisfaction Guarantee” includes a detailed questionnaire which the customer is requested to complete at the end of each job. Michael and Rob will not be satisfied with the job unless they get an EXCELLENT in each box of the questionnaire.

So as you can see, our mantra “Preparation, Preparation, Preparation”, is a theme that carries through each and every one of our projects.
